In 2020, we prioritised our people while working from home, through coaching, fitness, and wellbeing sessions by external consultants. We fortified our business through a team effort - pitches resulted in new account acquisitions that allowed us to expand where other businesses of our size were forced to put staff on furlough or to downsize. Every distiller has worked harder than ever in an extremely challenging year, exceeding the needs of our existing clients while winning the approval of new ones. We also delivered an urgent coronavirus appeal in just two weeks for the DEC, doing our part to help people in fragile states whose lives are at risk during the pandemic.
