At R/GA we see change as a feature, not a bug. And for R/GA London, against a backdrop of such global uncertainty, and under new leadership, we have refused to retreat into survival mode. Instead, we have navigated the disruption and achieved remarkable and significant successes during it. During 2020 we have won 13 major new clients, up 8% from 2019. From Beam Suntory, Uber and United Colors of Benetton, to Spotify and Moncler, some of the world’s largest companies have put their faith in R/GA London as the digital innovation partner of choice to help them navigate the disruption. We also enjoyed a remarkable pitch win rate of 75%, which was up an impressive +41% on 2019, and maintained 98% retention on our existing clients, while also delivering a large body of digitally innovative work for clients such as Nike, McDonald’s, Le Creuset, Standard Chartered and IKEA. This year we also introduced Make/Change - a global and local strategy for racial equity in creative companies, and the result of the necessary breaking and remaking of our culture to make R/GA a place in which everyone can succeed, regardless of race or ethnicity. All over this delivered in line with our new agency model of 'designing businesses and brands for a more human future'.
