Covid-19 has created unprecedented, industry-wide challenges. As founders of the One Industry One Voice coalition, Smyle led the #wecreatexperiences campaign, sharing a positive, unified UK event industry call to action for global brands and event decision-makers.
As winners of C&IT’s Best Places to Work 2020, we continue to expand employee focused initiatives to attract and retain the best people. Throughout 2020, our brilliant team has risen to every challenge. Key achievements include launching Beyond, our breakthrough approach to digital and hybrid experiences which has exceeded new business targets.
2020 also saw the launch of Metric, a game-changing approach to experience measurement and the formation of our D-Lab team to drive technical innovation and digital creativity. Finally, we announced a bold aim to be the most sustainable event agency in the world, backed by our new in-house Sustainability lead and ambitious 10-year sustainability plan under our practice, Cycle.
