His creative talent and challenger spirit, enabled McCann Worldgroup in Europe to adapt, act nimbly and provide the best solutions and support for our clients.
By placing purpose at the centre of the work he enabled a swift, pandemic creative response and a raft of solutions-driven great work for major clients was delivered including “Together We’re Stronger” for ALDI in partnership with McDonald’s; L’Oréal ambassador Eva Longoria giving virtual tutorials on covering grey hair, IKEA championing the home as a safe haven and refuge and the widely acclaimed ‘Thank you Doctors’ campaign in Serbia.
His creative leadership helped deliver growth and enabled the business to expand relationships with many of our top clients.
While the world changed in so many ways during 2020, Adrian helped to ensure that the agency’s work on behalf of our clients was never disrupted. He sustained our thriving Creative Community with regular Regional and Local Creative Leadership Council meetings and Creative Excellence sessions.
Under his stewardship our people accelerated creative excellence with virtual boot camps and live hacks for a range of clients and pivoted with speed to create a remote production capability with Craft - our integrated production capability- to keep creating, in close alignment with our strategy and creative teams.
As Campaign’s EMEA Creative Person 2019 his impact on our network and clients means he has earned that title once again in 2020.
