In our awards entry last year, we talked about our restlessness. We’d questioned everything and reset for another successful decade. Then, 2020. Many went on the back foot, but we didn’t falter. As an independent agency, fired by entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking, change is in our blood. And we had already decided to create more change – the positive kind. We’d kicked off the year determined to make our long-standing mission – to use digital to make the analog world better – mean even more for our clients, our industry and society. We set a new ambition tasking ourselves with generating tangible societal impact. We didn’t know it would help make us the most relevant agency of 2020. This year will expose those who just talk about ‘innovation’. We live and breathe it in every part of our business, meaning we’re set up to lead change, not react to it.
