Despite the challenges of the past 18 months, Croud has continued to thrive. Globally, Croud saw its revenues increase by double digits, thanks to continued strong client relationships, as well as welcoming on board a myriad of new clients, including PrettyLittleThing, BritBox, and L&C Mortgages. We’ve also bolstered our senior management team, bringing in new hires such as Amit Khanna as Head of M&A, and Dean Gardner as global Chief Operating Officer, to drive continued growth.

In 2021, Croud has been marking its 10th anniversary by celebrating the people - internal teams, Croudies, clients, partners, and friends - who make the business the success that it is. And we’ve continued listening to our team’s feedback, which has meant, for instance, making diversity and inclusion a priority by launching our inaugural D&I report, and implementing further flexibility around working hours, and putting employees in control of their development with a new training platform and development framework.

As well as picking up various industry awards for our client work, Croud has also been included in Campaign’s Best Places to Work list for three years running, and was named one of the top 5 large companies in 2021.
