Over the past year, Croud has helped clients to navigate the coronavirus pandemic, acting as a strategic partner and trusted digital specialist for leading brands including IWG, Eventbrite, Avon, AXA IM, and The North Face. As well as developing our relationships with existing clients, we have welcomed on board lots of exciting new brands, enabling the UK business to grow by 31% year on year (FY 2019/20). By continuing to deliver great results for clients, as well as driving innovation in the form of new tools and technology such as our inclusive language checker Casey, and a creative intelligence solution, we were able to achieve an NPS of 59 - our highest yet!
Throughout 2020, we have kept our team’s wellbeing as a key focus area, launching several initiatives to support our employees during these uncertain times. In addition, we’ve implemented a diversity and inclusion agenda and charter, as well as running several internal and external events to keep both our staff and clients engaged and up to speed on the latest digital developments.
