Dave was promoted from head of account management to managing partner at Accenture Song in 2022 in recognition of his outstanding achievements leading an account management team of 35 staff responsible for some of the UK’s biggest advertising accounts.
Dave leads the Arla account, and he enabled Accenture Song to significantly grow its relationship with the brand and win three new sub-brands in a pitch under its new Accenture Song UK&I branding.
He also led the successful repitch for the Honda UK business, taking on the account as Business Lead.
Dave is a D&I champion, helping establish Accenture Song’s partnership with Brixton Finishing School providing training for under-represented talent, and working to boost the diversity of the account management team.
He created an innovative training and development framework for the account management team to help them upskill and advance their careers. He is an active mentor and coach to staff within Accenture Song and across the wider Accenture group. Dave stepped up for Accenture Song and its clients in 2022, boosting growth, continually innovating and championing the power of creativity to grow business.
