Fiona expanded the top team with star talent and boosted business growth at Ogilvy, winning a host of new clients as well as driving strong organic growth from the likes of Mondelez, Nestle and Johnson & Johnson by bringing the different businesses and skills of Ogilvy together. This year, Fiona has brought together Behavioural Science and brand planning, PR and advertising, data and technology to create iconic and impactful work for Mayor of London, Relate, Sainsbury's and F1 - helping make 2022 one of Ogilvy's strongest ever years. Her progressive leadership saw the agency introducing innovations such as an emerging tech lab, the launch of the ground-breaking Consumer Equality Equation report, a progressive new policy to no longer work with influencers who edit their bodies for ads, agency-wide coaching and training as well as becoming the first agency to be an official Menopause Friendly Employer.
