had our most successful year to date - in terms of people, awards and new business. And as such, we had the attention of the industry. What was going on at Initiative? True to our name, we used the platform of our success to think differently and act before others. We believed in brands & that creativity works, in doing so we grew with our clients. We believed that media has a responsibility to protect society from harmful content, and we held our partner platforms to account. We believed that anyone, from anywhere, can take the initiative, and when they do… it produces the work that changes the game.
