Over the last five years her disruptive thinking has helped build Bodyform/Libresse into the fastest growing Femcare brand in the world and the second most awarded brand in the world. She turned shame on its head in the Wombstories and Painstories campaigns and the new period underwear with Let Your Body Flow, and took an unflinching view of family life in Plenty’s “Love is Messy” brand platform, helping both Essity brands to grow sales as well as push boundaries.

And with the Naked Threat, she helped Refuge’s lobbying campaign change the law to better protect women from abusers.

Margaux likes to push boundaries and buttons to enable deep change.

With Essity, she’s not only been the force behind breakthrough campaigns, but she’s also driving them to commit to D&I, from always pushing to represent more diverse people on screen to changing the brand values and to committing Essity to invest (in 2021) into their most inclusive research and innovation processes in their history, profoundly transforming the way minorities are listened to and cared for. Margaux is never afraid to piss off some people to do what is right for so many more, earning her a promotion from strategy director to strategy partner in July 2021.
