Mother started life around a kitchen table that still acts as a metaphor and operating system to this day. With our production team at Mother at the heart of everything we do as an agency. Production at Mother is an enabler, not a blocker, of great ideas. Our producers have direct lines to our clients to cut out the need for ‘middle people’ - it just makes things quicker and - we strongly believe - better. The Production Team at Mother is around 30 people, and this year, every one of them has worked to bring interesting and distinctive work into the world.
