New Commercial Arts

New Commercial Arts (NCA) is a start-up born in lockdown and built over Teams and Zoom. The agency has a unique business model combining brand communications and customer experience - a model that several agencies have flatteringly copied in recent months.

Since last December, NCA has won major pitches including MoneySuperMarket, Habitat, Royal Enfield, Sainsbury’s Beauty, Zurich Insurance and Alzheimer’s Society, beating established agencies including Lucky Generals, Engine, Neverland, The & Partnership, and Mother.

No other start-up has developed such a young and diverse talent pool to protect the future of the industry, including a unique partnership with Glasgow Art School to support talent from non-traditional, local backgrounds.

No other start-up has created multiple recognisable and transformational campaigns for some of the biggest brands in Britain and globally, including Halifax, MoneySuperMarket, and Vodafone. No other start-up has represented the UK in overseas trade, particularly in India and China. No other start-up has delivered commercial returns as impressive as income increasing by 337% to £7m and profit increasing by 452%. No other start-up is better set for the post-covid future, with flexible working and benefits built into our DNA from day one.
