We continue to keep building a fresh agency model without waiting for permission. Our creativity and entrepreneurial spirit once again led to us growing faster than any other agency in the UK, and our Active Brand Platform approach gained traction and landed us 17 new clients totalling more than £100m in billings. To service these new opportunities we hired some of the industry’s most admired talent, and ensured gender diversity across the agency. We created more talked-about work for DFS, Deliveroo, Poretti, Shelter, the Resuscitation Council UK and United24. Garnering recognition from the British Arrows, Effies & Media Week Awards. And the work, worked. After delivering DFS’s biggest winter sale ever last year, we beat that figure with an even bigger trading period - whilst a cost of living crisis convinces many to defer big ticket items for better economic times. We have big ambitions, but at the heart of this is a desire to lead the industry by example; in 2022, we did just that, launching the industry’s first ever gender neutral parental leave policy.
