Setting campaign creative targets and working with brands who want out of their comfort zone using PR strategy & creative to change behaviour & deliver commercial results. Including helping Pantene deliver mass awareness of hair discrimination and microaggressions to stimulate long-lasting change and showcase the positive power of hair to taking a challenger brand like SMARTY on a journey to use the power of PR to directly impact acquisitions with a 10:1 ROI.

Our approach has been evidenced in the re-structure of our majority female Board, with Co-CEO’s Emma Grace & Jessica Hargreaves promoted to run the business supported by Group MD Sarah Henderson and an amazing Leadership & client-servicing team focused on best-in-class PR, influencer & experience.

We have driven Less Ordinary for change in the industry and within our agency winning a top 10 place in Campaign Best Places to work 2021 and were awarded the Blueprint diversity mark in October as well as leading the PR Week pay-gap report in September with our lack of gender and ethnicity paygap.
