‘Becs’ has led the agency to our most successful awards in 6 years. The pinnacle winning the Cannes GrandPrix for NikeSync: one of only 5 Grandprixes earned across the UK industry.
In 2022 she ensured we continued to innovate internally - introducing our new ‘Distributed Creativity’ model to help foster fully flexible hybrid ways of working. Her vision for this model sees us hiring talent from all over the world, and she truly believes that our employees should have the flexibility to determine the work environment that allows them to deliver the best work.
And she drove us forward as we picked up new global powerhouse clients such as Meta, YouTube & PWC. And she led some of our best ever client work – seeing us build Weyay, Kuwait’s first ever digital-only bank, and partnering with Allianz to inspire the next generation of Paralypians, while for Nike we launched ‘Bra By’, a quarterly curated Athlete content series around Breasts, Bodies and Sports Bras.
