In his first 12 months in the agency, Sam led the UK’s most iconic creative agency back to strong growth, building on renewed focus on existing portfolio, where Sam’s entrepreneurial spirit and energy allowed 65% of its clients to move into organic growth for the first time in three years; and transforming the conversion rate on new business with eight new accounts. Sam also kept the agency at the top of the creative and strategic tree, whilst setting the industry standard for how we look after our people. Sam and the new leadership team officially put AMV back in business.
