Tim’s second year leading Essence has been a triumph. He has guided the agency through a global pandemic and some of the most troubled social times we’ve seen in many years, and achieved some of the agency’s highest employee satisfaction results. Essence has won five new business accounts during lockdown and achieved 100% client retention across the whole of EMEA. And it's produced transformational work for its clients, winning 27 awards in the UK alone and continued its industry leading innovation.
All the while, Tim remains one of the nicest and most humble people in media.
