2023 has been the best year in TMW’s history. 4 years of continuous improvement have culminated in a year of outstanding performance across the board.

Reframing TMW’s proposition, alongside reforming process and investing in people and products, has led to our third consecutive year of double-digit growth and the most outstanding 12 months in our history.

The business has been transformed into modern integrated agency, winning some of the biggest integrated briefs in the UK whilst beating the best of best in CRM, social, and digital.

Staff engagement is at an all-time high with attrition levels at their lowest (14%), client satisfaction scores sit at an industry high of 8.8 out of 10, and new business performance has been nothing short of spectacular, with 24 pitch wins at an 89% success rate.

Beyond TMW, Chris has played a leading role in improving the industry, creating opportunities for young and diverse talent to thrive.

As President of BIMA, Chris spearheaded initiatives to inspire thousands of young people to get the skills they need to join the industry. He also helped to launch YBB, an already thriving creativity agency that represents and reinvests in its sister charity, Football Beyond Borders.
