For the last three years we’ve been proud winners of Campaign’s Customer Engagement Agency of the Year. This year we're going for four. It’s safe to say we’ve evolved as an agency over the last four years, but what we’ve stayed true to is our focus on driving effective engagement with our people, clients and their business. Despite what 2020 threw at us we delivered what we set out to do. We just did it from our kitchen tables. For our clients we produced work that engaged millions across the entire customer journey and in every corner of the earth. Delivering work that works (the 50+ awards back that) we grew key accounts including Centrica, Duracell, Bose, Purina and Microsoft and welcomed 10 new brands when new business leads across the rest of the industry were down 24%. We even found time to proactively raise £1 million for ZSL with the help of Sir David. In a recession you say. Yes. And how? Our people. We looked after our team with 104 wellbeing sessions, 50%+ in 1-1 resilience sessions, 28 mental-health first aiders trained, 14-person strong Inclusion Board and 208 lunchtime lessons. Have that 2020.
