Havas London

Havas London’s most awarded year ever, 2023 saw the bold and confident creative agency, produce their biggest work for their biggest clients. From wowing the public with Asda’s ‘Incredibublé’ Christmas campaign, or challenging gender inequalities in autism for Vanish, Havas London has made a dent in culture and tackled societal issues.

But this hasn’t come at the cost of Havas London’s people, who have been front of mind in every decision the agency has made this year- from their new business approach (no to inefficient pitching, yes to wins) to their culture (pioneered new initiatives). Leading from the front is Havas London’s majority female management team; Vicki Maguire (Chief Creative Officer), James Fox (CEO) Britt Iversen, (Executive Head of Strategy) Hollie Loxley (MD) and Xavier Rees (UK Group CEO, Havas Creative). The results have been clear to see, with Havas London receiving its highest ever staff and client satisfaction scores, being named Campaign’s Best Place to work, alongside substantial organic growth, and overall revenue growth by over 5%, plus a host of new clients such as Cheerios and Department for Education’s Early Year’s and Childcare workforce. All while going down in history as Havas London’s most awarded year to date.
