The rebrand saw us change our name from The Marketing Store to tms, reflecting the evolution of our service offer to meet the needs of clients in the age of the customer. We also redefined our framework for driving customer-centric transformational change for clients based on five tangible outcomes: relevancy, frictionless experiences, brand building, sustainability and operational excellence. Now operating as a creative agency, a strategic consultancy, a sourcing business, and a technology provider, we offer an impressive range of solutions – from inspiration and innovation to category management and delivery. Amid these changes, we launched big, impactful campaigns for clients, including McDonald's, Happy Meal, adidas and O2. We also had a stellar new year for business, winning three major new clients. Our business grew substantially with increased profitability and headcount.
