We have chosen to shine a light on sustainability and have introduced a menu to reflect our aim to reduce our carbon footprint. Our menu is being complemented by seasonal produce and the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.
- Starter -
Braised Chicory Tart Tatin
Honey, orange and fennel salad, Oxford blue
- Main -
Roast Suffolk Chicken Breast
Grated potato “Delmonico” style, charred sweetcorn, Heritage carrots and green onions, tarragon chasseur sauce
