Clíona Hayes brings more than 20 years of interdisciplinary marketing and business experience spanning a variety of industries including CPG, Media & Tech

Currently holding the position of Senior Director of Global Advertising and Brand for Indeed. Over the course of her career Clíona has built and led integrated teams across sectors and markets. Based in Dublin while leading a global team, Clíona brings a global mindset and cultural sensitivity to everything she does.

Previously holding the position of Group CMO of Communicorp Media (now Bauer Media, Ireland's largest independent media group. With previous roles in Ryanair and Pernod Ricard based both France and Ireland including Global Senior Brand Manager for Jameson Whiskey.

Cliona has served on prestigious juries, including Cannes Lions Shortlist Jury 2025, Association of National Advertisers, ANA B2B Awards Jury , Global Effie Awards amongst others.
