adam&eveDDB, adam&everywhere Team

2020 has been a year like no other. It has presented challenges, built obstacles in our paths and asked questions of us all like never before.

But somehow our people have found a way. They have found a way to keep the creativity alive, found a way to make great things happen and found a way to deliver big things for our clients and each other.

Within 48 hours of moving everyone out of our Paddington office, we had rebranded to adam&everywhereDDB, reassuring employees, clients and partners that despite being physically apart, we were more united than ever.

A new adam&everywhere team, comprising HR, Internal Comms and members of the Mental Health Steering Group, was formed - working tirelessly alongside Management and Heads of Department to navigate the impact of the pandemic on our people’s morale, mental health and output.

A host of activity followed from March to May, working with the five employee groups who make up adam&everyone. And following the launch of the Black Lives Matter movement, the adam&everywhere team worked closely with 195 (representing and celebrating people of colour within the agency) and management to action an exhaustive audit of the entire business aimed at embedding DE&I at the heart of the agency and its business strategy.

Ten months later, thanks to a host of new talent retention, staff engagement, agency culture and internal comms initiatives, our people’s health and happiness has been carefully nurtured, allowing their talents to shine brighter than ever.
