Paddington Station is also an 8 minute walk from the venue.

We have made considered choices in the planning of the event and selected our suppliers carefully to ensure they share our strong commitment to sustainability to reduce the environmental impact and increase the positive social and economic contribution.

Here are some of the positive changes we have made to the event: 


  • Our chosen venue, the Royal Lancaster Hotel, is easy to reach by public transport and we encourage all of our guests to use low emissions means of transport when travelling to our events.
  • You can find out more about the Royal Lancaster London's commitment to sustainability here
  • Our menu has been chosen with the aim of reducing our food miles by working with the venue to choose a  locally sourced and seasonal menu.
  • We will be using the TRACE by isla platform to reduce our carbon footprint by measuring the emissions from the event.
