2022 was a pretty good year. We upheld the highest creative standard in the industry, launching a depth and breadth of work across a range of channels and audiences, at scale, notching up 7 Picks of Week.

We were the most creatively recognised agency in the UK: named Campaign BIGs Agency of the Year, eurobest UK Agency of the UK, Shots EMEA Agency of the Year, winning more Cannes Lions across more brands than any other UK agency, the only UK agency to receive an Emmy nomination and win the rare and highly coveted D&AD Black Pencil.

We were also the most effective agency in the UK, named IPA’s Effectiveness Company of the Year. We had a healthy new business year, welcoming 9 new clients and driving organic growth across 5 major clients, worth £400M+ in media (confidential). One epic win with Deutsche Telekom led to the launch of adam&eveBERLIN.

Our CEO, CSO and CCO made the top 3 of Campaign’s ‘Lists’ – the only agency to do so. Advertising legend, Les Binet, launched much-revered research on marketing during economic turbulence. We continue to lead on DE&I and sustainability, being recognised in the Advertising Association’s first wave of ‘All In’ champions.
