Bernadette was fundamental in the transformational thinking and engineering behind VCCP Group’s most ambitious AI initiatives, enabling its strongest-ever year for awards recognition, including multiple wins for Best Use of AI and Innovation. Work such as O2’s Daisy vs The Scammers set a benchmark for responsible, human-centred AI. Commercially, we drove growth for existing clients and welcomed new partners, with relationships moving upstream as we were trusted to transform digital ecosystems and long-term strategy. Given this was a year of momentum and experience-led brand building with intent and care. Where will we go in 2026?
