Populist creativity runs through everything Chaka does - from the culture she brings to the creative department, to the impact she has on the industry, to the partnerships she has with clients - some of which have been Leo Burnett clients for decades.

She believes that great work can and should move people to feel something as well as deliver commercial results for clients. Over the last year, Chaka has led the teams that brought home awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, Creative Circle Golds, Design Week and British Arrows - as well as the ThinkBox award for creativity.

In recognition of how Chaka has turned Leo Burnett London into one of the most creatively powerful offices in the network, she was also appointed global chief creative officer of Leo Burnett - which in addition to her UK role as CCO, means she represents Leo Burnett and the wider advertising industry on a global stage, raising creative standards with a commitment to recruit and grow the next generation of creative talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

At the start of this year, Chaka Sobhani was also appointed as President of the Creative Circle.
