In April 2022 Cirkle became the first Employee Owned Trust agency (EOT), to agree sale terms with a network agency group. Majority owned by the employees (Partners) since 2018, the sale to Huntsworth (now Accordience) has meant all employees have been rewarded for their part in building the business. Those with over six months service sharing, quite rightly, in the proceeds of the sale.

The purchase reflects the shift-change and continued growth and offering of the agency. An agency that has gone to £7.2m revenue (from £3m in four years), and changed perceptions from a trade, food and drink PR consultancy to a consumer brand and lifestyle comms shop.
