We are not new. We are renewed. George P. Johnson (GPJ) UK in 2023 achieved record levels of growth in our agency; across clients, revenues and people.

We are just one office in a global network of 30 around the world delivering effective experiences at scale for our clients. We partner with clients that have big futures. We haven’t stopped innovating since our small beginnings 110 years ago, and continue to do so. 2023 saw a sharp rise in experience design using AI to AR tech, resulting in team growth and new expertise in digital technology and strategy, which led to a 300% headcount rise in our integrated production department, to deliver over 150 events. With new offices being opened to support new client wins in the UK, we adapted quickly to support our client partner ambitions. We achieved our aim of client optimisation across our 16 clients incorporating solutions from strategy, digital and registration for all events. There was a 20% growth in newcomers, all welcomed with new training and development plans and processes. Mentoring programmes were created for everyone from our new graduate programme to senior staff. We fostered our culture of collaboration. GPJ UK. Not new, renewed.
