He masterminded a new consultancy capability, oversaw consumer research to guide brands to connect with consumers and worked with our regional Truth Central team to equip clients with Gen Z insights.

With the heightened awareness of systemic racial injustice, Harjot, a long-time diversity activist, used his platform to champion diversity, inclusivity and equity. He produced thought leadership advocating D&I, LGBTQI+ inclusion; gave an IsolaTED talk on boosting industry diversity, and spoke at the IPA Opening Doors event.
