With an approach to creativity that is simple and unapologetically populist - ‘’we make advertising campaigns that resonate with our clients’ audiences, not to impress our industry peers’’, Maguire has driven creative success for the agency, like wowing the public (again) with Asda’s Christmas ‘Incredibublé’campaign or challenging gender inequalities in autism with Havas London’s most awarded work ever. Under Maguire’s guidance Asda has become the agency’s largest client, with an 8% increase in revenue, following last year’s phenomenal 128% growth and is now the agency’s largest client - a testament to Maguire's creative leadership. As a pioneering advocate for DE&I and sustainability, Maguire has continued to advance inclusivity in the industry. She mentors inner-city youth with Young Futures and has achieved 50-50 gender parity in Havas London’s senior creative team. In the firm belief that to be it, you have to see it, Maguire makes a point of being a visible female creative, and has written extensively in industry press and judged and won, its highest profile awards including being named IPA fellow.
