Havas London
2022 cemented Havas London as a progressive, confident agency that’s firing on all cylinders. Led by one of the most formidable teams in the industry, including CEO Xavier Rees, Chief Creative Officer Vicki Maguire, Chief Client Officer James Fox, Head of Strategy Britt Iversen, and Global Chief Strategy Officer Mark Sinnock, the agency produced a slew of populist creative work for its biggest clients, culminating in its Christmas-winning ‘Elf’ campaign for Asda – the first time the UK’s favourite Christmas film was licensed for marketing. Still the industry’s only major B Corporation, Havas was named Sustainability Agency of the Year the Ad Net Zero Awards, introduced an ambitious, inclusive package of parenthood policies, including six months’ fully paid leave for ALL new parents, and won Channel 4’s prestigious £1m Diversity in Advertising Award alongside Vanish. The agency grew overall revenue by 17% and domestic revenue by a staggering 34%, with five major account wins and strong organic growth including revenue growth of 128% on Asda and 50% on Molson Coors. Defending the DfE, then adding its Further Education account, and winning NHS Blood and Transplant saw Havas become one of the Government’s largest providers. The agency did not lose an account.
