Havas London

James Fox

James Fox’s first year as CEO of Havas London has been nothing short of impactful. He has advanced the agency’s culture, work output and business performance, without compromising the well-being of his staff. The changes he has implemented since becoming CEO are already having a significant impact.

Client satisfaction scores have reached an all-time high and the agency has won eight significant accounts including Nestlé’s Cheerios – five of them without pitching – and increased revenues by over 5% this year, including significant organic growth. Fox’s mission to ensure Havas London is known for its creative and strategic excellence, has been clear to see, with the agency wowing the public (again) with Asda’s ‘Incredibublé’ Christmas campaign, and challenging gender inequalities in autism for Vanish, plus the agency having their most decorated year-ever, with nearly 50 awards to their name. He has put actions to words and established several new initiatives across a variety of areas to support Havas London’s employees – including free therapy through a new partnership with Self Space, extending the agency’s cost-of-living support, and the creation of a Shadow Board to steer and hold leadership to account – with the agency’s highest ever staff satisfaction
