Under his vision, HMN delivered record-breaking growth: £600m billings (+36% YoY), £100m income (+15%), and 40% of revenue from diversified services, with retention at 7.5 years versus the 3.7-year industry average. Landmark wins included Emirates, LVMH, HSBC adidas and Red Bull, alongside extending long-standing partnerships with Domino’s (27 years) and BBC (extended to 16 years). Paddy spearheaded innovation through Converged.AI, Brand Insights AI and the acquisition of Bearded Kitten, while driving sustainability via HMN’s Opt Out model and social equity initiatives. His commitment to talent and wellbeing saw churn fall to 16% and HMN earn IPA CPD Platinum and British HR Awards recognition.
