2025 was HMN’s strongest year to date – a year defined by strong leadership, tangible transformation and meaningful impact. In a rapidly changing industry shaped by automation, AI and economic pressure, we chose a distinctive and different path to our competitors: bespoke, human-centred marketing solutions built around each client’s commercial reality. This philosophy underpinned record performance, including a client satisfaction score of 8.7, average client tenure of 7.5 years and adding more than 90 new logos into the business, including LVMH, Emirates, Red Bull, Jet2 and adidas. Our work delivered cultural and commercial impact at scale – from EDF’s first-of-its-kind Coronation Street integration to Ocado’s human-experience transformation, EE’s purpose-led Squad Socials and Jet2’s viral Hype Shirt. We grew revenue by 23%, delivered 15% organic growth and expanded diversified services to 35% of revenue. Alongside this, we advanced industry leadership through sustainability, social mobility and responsible media, while building one of the industry’s most inclusive, flexible and high-performance cultures – all leading to an industry leading 15% churn.
