In the past year, Hearts delivered +42% organic revenue growth, +7% headcount growth and £42m in new billings, including wins and extensions with Go.Compare, Clorox, Red Equipment, Trip.com, Future Publishing and TJX. Client satisfaction reached 9.0 versus a 7.7 industry average, while employee churn stood at 16.7% compared with an industry average of 23.2%. Sixty-seven percent of entry-level hires came from diverse backgrounds. Creatively and strategically, Hearts achieved 76 award shortlists and 32 wins, a 60% year-on-year uplift, with talent recognised across the industry. Two achievements stood out: being named Agency of the Year at the AdWanted Research Awards and securing IPA Effectiveness Accreditation for a second time. Above all, we are proud of delivering effective campaigns, generating over £1.2bn in revenue and ROAS exceeding £5 for clients.
