House 337

Jo Moore

Jo Moore has ushered in a new era for House 337 as a creative powerhouse. Under Jo, House 337 had an outstanding awards year, winning 54 gongs across seven clients including International Agency of the Year 2023 at the Kinsale Shark Awards. She led House 337 to deliver highly effective, culture-driving work for clients such as Santander “Scammer Pants” which reduced losses to fraud by 30% and was recognised with an Effie; the multi-award-winning Women’s Aid “He’s Coming Home” campaign, hailed in the media as “the most powerful domestic abuse campaign ever”; EON’s climate-crisis rallying cry “It’s Time”, for which House 337 created a sustainable film using innovative production processes; and an unflinching film for Peta, which won a slew of awards including a Film Lion. Jo has grown long-standing relationships with clients like Santander, Sky and EON and led the agency to win major new brands including Dream Games, Ministry of Justice and the BBC. As well as championing creative excellence, Jo and the leadership team launched a pioneering set of AI Ethical Guidelines. Jo is also dedicated to advancing DE&I, leading the agency’s partnership with autism charity Autistica this year to make the recruitment process more inclusive.
