In 2025, as brands faced tighter budgets and a world of algorithmic sameness, Imagination doubled down on a simple belief: originality wins. By turning originality into a filter for how we work, we ensured every idea worked harder and every budget went further. The results were clear. We delivered 10 new client wins, drove organic growth across key accounts, and achieved an NPS of 80. Across more than 150 projects for over 20 brands - including Amazon, Google, Visa and Ford - our work delivered measurable uplifts in reach, brand favourability and sales, from global flagship moments to scrappy, inventive solutions. Founded over 50 years ago, Imagination remains the Original Experience Design Agency.
