This year, Josh Bullmore took Leo Burnett’s long-term partnerships to new heights for McDonald’s and ŠKODA. He set compelling post-pandemic visions for new clients that he helped bring into the agency- TUI, Vision Express and Premier Inn. He also helped deliver more momentum for Leo Burnett, helping the agency thrive in a challenging environment, with a focus on strengthening agency culture and delivering agency growth.

His commitment to delivering populist creativity - work that speaks to the nation - for clients also won industry recognition for strategic effectiveness with the IPA, APG and Effies and for creativity at D&AD, Cannes Lions and Creative Circle. His work also led to Leo Burnett winning the Marketing Society award for Best Response to the Global Pandemic for McDonald’s and an APG Gold in the Long Term Thinking category for McDonald’s. Under Josh’s watch, Leo Burnett was also one of only six agencies to gain IPA accreditation in 2021.
