With a leadership style that is agile, astute, and action-oriented, she has steered the agency to new creative and business heights, developed standout work and pushed the diversity agenda. Laura has also nurtured Grey’s people, investing in training, mental health and wellbeing, empowering the agency’s talent to shape the future of the agency. To ensure that it is in the best possible position to grow, she put in place a leadership team that reflects Grey’s creative pedigree with two new joint MDs, hired new and more diverse creative talent and bolstered the planning department.
2021 was a significant turning point in Grey’s and Laura’s history – a year in which, after the trials of the pandemic in 2020, the agency came out fighting and got ahead. Laura is an agent of change and demonstrated this time and time again in 2021, across creative, diversity and the employee experience.
