Having joined Publicis Groupe in 2019 as CEO of Leo Burnett, at the start of 2023 Charlie was promoted to take on additional responsibilities leading Publicis•Poke. He now has an elevated role of Group CEO of Leo Burnett and Publicis•Poke - overseeing both agencies. This year has seen Leo Burnett crowned Campaign’s Creative Agency of the Year for the first time ever. Leo Burnett has achieved double- digit revenue growth for a third consecutive year, 100% pitch conversion rate and 100% client retention for a second successive year. Under Charlie’s reign, Publicis•Poke’s tide is turning: this year it has achieved its highest client satisfaction score ever, has expanded existing relationships with clients and won a Cannes Lion. It’s safe to say with Charlie at the helm, Poke is already starting to see the effects of the Rudd revolution.
