In 2025, Manifest redefined what it means to be a modern branding agency. As branding became our fastest-growing discipline, it evolved into the organising force behind our business. We moved upstream from communications-led delivery into brand strategy, articulation and transformation, meeting a growing client demand for coherence, cultural relevance and consolidation over fragmented channels. Guided by a simple belief — that brands must be built to influence culture, not simply participate in it — we design cultural impact into brand strategy from the outset. In this model, integration is not a service offer, but a requirement of effective modern branding. This approach enabled us to build, activate and sustain brand worlds that travel further, land harder and deliver greater commercial impact. We landed and built some of our biggest branding clients to date, expanded existing relationships into deeper brand consultancy, and delivered award-winning work across branding, creative and integrated disciplines. Our brand-led approach was recognised with Campaign Global Branding Agency of the Year, alongside specialist branding awards including Transform Europe and the Brand Impact Awards.

At a time of economic uncertainty, we grew revenue and profit, invested in talent and DEI, and continued to innovate through tools like AIMOS.
