2023 was our third full year in business and saw us go from start up to grown up. We won some of the biggest pitches of the year including Sainsbury’s, Nationwide and the global Vodafone Business account, beating many of the UKs biggest agencies. For most of 2023 we topped Campaign’s new business league, finishing in second place. Our work has been wide ranging and significant. We led the biggest refresh for Nationwide in over 30 years, Nando’s biggest ever marketing push to reconnect with Gen Z and created a new brand platform for Sainsbury’s. We won our first film Lion at Cannes, and more importantly, helped our clients see strong returns and share price increases, with City journalists highlighting marketing as a key contributing factor. We’re proud of the impact we’ve had on our industry. Our mentoring relationship with Glasgow School of Art went from strength to strength and our second office in Glasgow is growing fast with new talent outside the M25. We believe there are few independent agencies making such meaningful, standout and important work for brands, like we do.
