After winning Campaign’s Digital Network of the Year 2020, OLIVER has gone from strength to strength in 2021. It’s the year we proved that we do so much more than simply build in-house agencies. We’ve been first responders, helping our clients with their post pandemic fightback; using our adaptive model to help them successfully navigate through consumer and economic uncertainty.

We’ve been able to support our clients across a broader range of marketing activities than ever before, (including social commerce, connected design and service design), which has helped them to streamline and connect customer experiences – and deliver better results. We’ve won 37 new clients and broadened our scope with most of our existing ones, resulting in another year with unprecedented growth of more than 35%. We’ve continued our work as active advocates for inclusion, diversity and equity, and so our business now benefits from the fact that People of Colour make up 25% our employees. Our teams have been recognised by BIMA and the European Diversity Awards.
