Otherway

In 2024, Otherway became part of the Common Interest Group, joining company TwentyFirstCenturyBrand as the group’s second acquisition. By 2025, we proudly welcomed Amplify, CultureLab and Babyteeth as sister agencies. Being part of the Common Interest family has unlocked larger opportunities for our studio across the UK and US.

As a result, we hired Javi Passerieu to launch our New York offering and have not looked back. We turned Rocket into a foundational client, opened doors with Autodesk, and won the branding work for US beer brand Lagunitas. While growing quickly, we have stayed true to what made us special. We continue to partner with some of the UK’s exciting brands, creating the new and transforming the established. From Monzo, Knight Frank and Motorway to Butternut Box, Joseph Joseph and Loaf, Otherway has become a go-to studio for businesses. All of this meant 2025 delivered a record year for the studio: 20% headcount growth, 16% revenue growth and 20% EBITDA growth. Most importantly, we produced some of our best work yet for a long-standing client of 13 years, Fortnum & Mason, and kept our people happy. That led to inclusion in The Sunday Times Top 50 Companies to Work For.
