In 2025 we proved that Action Works; delivering another year of market-beating growth with a 10% revenue uplift to £20.1m, a 93% pitch-win rate, 100% client retention, and top-ten client relationships now averaging seven years, over twice the industry benchmark. We welcomed 12 new clients and a staggering 20 new brands, including major new partners King Games, Aldi Ireland and Honda Europe. We expanded to 120 people with a 51% female workforce and 50% female leadership, and continued building a more equitable industry through the Pablo Living Wage and gender-neutral parental leave. Our work delivered outsized impact; boosting UK tourism revenue by £758m for GREAT, generating a 20:1 ROI for Visit Britain, driving DFS’s best ever winter sale results (for the fourth time), growing Dr Pepper sales by 14.8%, and earning an Effie for AJ Bell with a £4.50 return for every £1 invested. Not to mention creating one of System1’s best testing beer ads of all time for Angelo Poretti. Or landing 2 of Campaign’s Top 20 ads of the year (Poretti and Tetley). And we acted for society, from launching our UV-U-SEE safety vest - featured on the BBC 6 o’clock news.
