Eva Grimmett

Eva leads Strategy, Marketing Science and Insight at PHD UK - a thriving, mixed discipline team that leverages the intersections of each of these strategic craft skills.

2025 has been a great year for Eva. In January, she launched a new PHD cultural thought leadership platform called ‘Culture Currents’, with the inaugural study – ‘Is Optimism Dead?’ - gaining significant traction across the industry and with clients, providing new ways to think about and target valuable audiences. Eva also led the strategy on PHD’s successful 2025 pitch for Entain, which included developing a new customer pathway model reflecting the dynamic journeys people now take with brands. And she’s also made significant contributions across the wider industry, including keynotes to the IAB Leadership summit and the Marketing Academy on breaking down stereotypes around working with talent with ADHD – a subject close to her heart.
