At the helm of one of the UK’s biggest strategy teams, Caroline is champion of creativity-driven effectiveness and what matters to individuals, pushing innovation in AI-driven insight and RAPP’s Value Levers IP. Inspired by RAPP’s purpose of standing up for individuality, she’s also made great strides in DE&I, impacting both the strategy craft and Omnicom as a whole. Caroline’s creativity and storytelling ability have helped drive the industry’s biggest customer engagement pitch of the year, as well as last year’s biggest pitch on Virgin Media O2, where the CMO rated the work as “the best customer strategy I’ve ever seen”. RAPP has enjoyed a record awards year for purpose and loyalty-driven work, on which Caroline has sprinkled her magic dust. She ends 2023 having accepted the mantle to become the Chair of the DMA Awards, recognising her contribution to the industry. As a flourishing artist, Caroline believes that creativity in her professional and personal life go hand in hand. This year she achieved her first gallery exhibition and curated a community-wide exhibition at Blenheim Palace.
